The profound impact of this collaboration on our young students has been nothing short of remarkable. Our students in general reside in a Local Government Area with one of the highest rates of obesity and type II diabetes in all of Australia, the introduction of regular exercise through the Rugby Academy has been a game-changer. It’s not merely about sporting prowess; it’s about forging a path to improved overall health and reducing the grave risks associated with lifestyle-related diseases. Within the Rugby Academy, our students have become exemplars of teamwork, communication, and trust.
